Live, healthy arrival is guaranteed, providing the animal(s) are received and unpacked upon delivery. We must be notified within 4 hours of delivery if there is a problem. The animals leaving here are no less than 1 month old and have both eaten and defecated to ensure they are internally correct.
It is your responsibility to know how to care for the animal before it is purchased. Care sheets can be found on Nerd and Pro Exotics and else where.. Please read them thoroughly.
Sex determination is performed no less than one time to ensure that we are selling you the said gender; therefore, sex is also guaranteed.
Payment plans are available; conditions to be discussed with each customer prior to purchase. Several types of payments are accepted and one should fit your needs. A 25% deposit will hold the animal of your choice, however it is non-refundable, should you chose to back out. It can; however, be applied to another purchase at a later date, within reason. These are pretty standard rules and even enhanced for your benefit.
Important Note: Not all animals in the available section are ready to go yet. Some have not taken their first meal and will not be shipped until several feedings and defecation has occurred. No exceptions. This is to ensure you receive a healthy and hearty animal. You may reserve or purchase the animal and you will be notified when it is ready. If by chance the animal will not eat, all funds for the animal will be happily refunded.
